The company's pipeline also comprises VLS-01, an oral transmucosal film formulation of N, N-Dimethyltryptamine in Phase 2 clinical study for treatment-resistant depression; EMP-01, an oral formulation of the R-enantiomer of 3,4-methylenedioxy-methamphetamine in Phase 2 clinical study for social anxiety disorder; and EGX-A and EGX-B, non-hallucinogenic 5-HT2A receptor agonists for treatment-resistant depression. Additionally, it offers COMP360, a psilocybin therapy; and GRX-917, a treatment for anxiety, depression, and various neurological disorders. The company has additional operations in Germany and Canada. AtaiBeckley Inc. was formerly known as Atai Beckley N.V. and changed its name to AtaiBeckley Inc. in December 2025.
