It also engages in the offshore energy business, which consists of vessels and equipment that support offshore oil and gas activities and production. FTAI Aviation Ltd. has a strategic collaboration with Aeronautical Engineers, Inc. The company was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in New York, New York.
